I made this last night and Tj immediately asked me to write down the recipe so we could have it again.
4 Tillapia Fillets
1/2-1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 egg beaten with water
Prepare glass pan by spraying with Pam. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In pie pan combine Panko crumbs and Sesame Seeds. Dip fish in egg wash and then coat with crumb mixture. Place in glass pan.
Glaze
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1 Tablespoon Ginger
3-4 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
1/8 Cup Tamari Soy Sauce (or enough to make sauce runny)
Whisk together all ingredients and drizzle evenly over each fillet. Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes (until internal temp is 145).

Oh, I love Panko bread crumbs!
How was the tillapia? Is it a fishy-fish?
